Apprenticeship delivery

The Academy’s programmes are delivered as regulated apprenticeships by The Training & Learning Company, which is listed on the Department for Education’s Apprenticeship Providers and Assessment Register and inspected by Ofsted. Apprenticeship training is contracted between the employer and The Training & Learning Company under a separate written agreement. Complaints about personal data

If you think we have not handled your personal data properly, please tell us at mpwculinaryacademy@tlc-uk.org or by post to the address above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it in a way that is proportionate to what you have raised, keep you informed, and respond without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113, at any time.

Other complaints

Complaints about an apprenticeship are handled under The Training & Learning Company’s complaints procedure, which every apprentice and employer receives at enrolment and which is available on request from mpwculinaryacademy@tlc-uk.org.

Safeguarding

The Academy’s programmes are delivered by The Training & Learning Company, which is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every apprentice, including young people and adults at risk. TLC has a safeguarding policy, available on request, and everyone who works with apprentices on its behalf is trained in safeguarding and checked in line with that policy. If you have a concern about the welfare of an apprentice or of anyone involved with the Academy, contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Clair Pepper, at Clair.pepper@tlc-uk.org. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
